Steve Meyer, Sales Director of Beck Partners, will walk you through prospecting for new relationships and leads that relates to every career and profession. Learn how to utilize those networking events, strategize on what events to go to, create a list of organizations that will actually move the needle for your career or business and so much more.
With over 30 years of experience, Steve is a Coach in every sense of the word. Stemming from a foundation rooted in athletics, he is a natural leader, motivator, and collaborator. Steve started his career as a teacher and football coach in St. Paul Minnesota. After several successful seasons, he elevated his career by accepting a coaching position at the University of South Dakota where he excelled in recruiting and player development. Next, Steve decided to shift gears and moved to the insurance business where he fostered his abilities to be a goal-oriented teammate with his peer agents. Soon after starting as an agent Steve moved his way up through the ranks to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a role in which he held with several reputable insurance companies for the next decade. Most recently Steve was the Branch Sales Manager for Bankers Life for the Gulf Coast area.
